It was once named "Reimo Sunsail 300 x 300" The name was meant to remind campers of sunny hours at the beach, and so the sunsail was named after the island state in the Indian ocean. To make the change visible from outside, the sunsail Mauritius is since packed in a black bag.
Its size (300 x 300 cm plus sides) did not change.
The Reimo Mauritius XXL has a beading of 300 cm length, whereas the
Reimo Mauritius L has a beading of 250 cm length. Accordingly, the rectangular part of the fabric is 300 x 300 cm (XXL) and 250 x 300 cm (L) respectively.
Other aspects are the same, e.g. the beading of both versions has a diameter of 7 mm.
Just like the new version, the Mauritius XXL 2014 is made of 300D RipStop Polyester, which is waterproof up to a hydrostatic head of 2000 mm.
